Description of South Mountain Cheese:

If you are looking for an elaborated and complex hybrid, South Mountain Cheese is the right plant for you. With a predominant Sativa character, this wonder is the result of crossing our exquisite South Mountain Golden with two different intense lines of Cheese.

Firstly, important to mention is that in this variety, the Cheese aroma has not been sought as usual. Despite everything, it can appear in some phenotype, but in this case, the cheese variety used has been used because of their genetic stability and the production of their flowers. For the subsequent crosses, an attempt was made to select the version that is more Sativa and close to the fabulous SM Golden but with that more indica aspect of the Cheese variety. The new hybrid is much more productive than the South Mountain Golden, also the flower formation is now denser as well as heavier.

Secondly, S.M. Cheese is a strong and highly vigorous hybrid plant that in outdoor crops and can become very large with markedly high yields. Normally, it is calculated that it will be ready in the first half of October for outdoor cultivation. Regarding indoor cultivation, this variety is quite manageable and very productive, being harvested after a flowering period of about 60 days.

Finally, the production of South Mountain Cheese is high, although the quality is even higher. The powerful and electric “high”, together with the strong, complex, and acid aroma with strong fruity notes, make the S.M.C an authentic cannabis bonbon.
