Chive

Chives (Allium Schoenoprasum)

A perennial plant that is very resistant to cold, with thin leaves of about 20 cm. The finely cut leaves are used to flavour sauces, salads and pastas. It has stimulating, diuretic and antiseptic properties, and a high content of vitamin C.
