Lemon balm, chamomile and lavender help maintain a positive mood, promote relaxation and restful sleep. Mint facilitates smoother digestion. Heather supports the normal functioning of the urinary tract. Rosehip supports the functioning of the kidneys and bladder. Hemp has a relaxing effect.

Place the tea bag in your favourite mug (approx. 250 ml).
Pour boiling water (100°C) over the tea bag.
Let it steep for 15 minutes.

Take your time to get all the herbal effects. Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy your tea!

Recommended dose: 1 cup a day.
