Echinacea, nettle, rosehip and mint strengthen the body's natural defences and contribute to the normal functioning of the respiratory system. Ginkgo supports blood microcirculation, normal brain activity and mental balance. Sea buckthorn strengthens the immune system and provides energy. Hemp has a relaxing effect.

Place the tea bag in your favourite mug (approx. 250 ml).
Pour boiling water (100°C) over the tea bag.
Let it steep for 15 minutes.

Take your time to get all the herbal effects. Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy your tea!

Recommended dose: 1 cup a day.
