Description of the Hiena Beer Can:
Hiena Beer Can is an amazing craft beer is brewed with hemp from 100% organic hemp cultivation. The beer is brewed at high altitude in the Alpujarras, between the provinces of Granada and Almeria. In addition to barley, wheat and oat malts, it contains East Kent Golding, Cascade and Mosaic hops.
It is a Belgian IPA style ALE beer. The customer will find that each 330 ml bottle contains 250 mg of 100% natural hemp. Thanks to the pure water, the action of the yeast and the work of expert hands, Hiena beer has a complex and intense flavour. A blend of nuances where you can appreciate the clear relationship between hops and hemp, with the addition of innumerable herbal, fruity and floral notes.
The final brewing of this product was left in the hands of Yakka’s master brewers. This is a craft beer brand born in Murcia in 2009. They have their facilities at 630 metres above sea level, on the edge of the protected regional park of the Sierra del Carche, in Jumilla (Spain).
Production of the Hiena Beer Can:
It should be noted that Hiena craft beer has been produced with meticulous attention to every detail of the process. To this end, the grain is milled before mashing so that no aromatic nuances are lost. The wort is then filtered using a natural recirculation method and the hops are added fresh to the steaming pots. Fermentation takes place over a period of 7 days in truncated cone-shaped tanks at a temperature of 18-22 °C. The beer is clarified by maturing in cold storage at 0-2 °C in a natural way. It should be noted that the CO₂ in Hiena beer is generated during fermentation, integrated into the fermentation process without the need for injection. And bottling has been carried out isobarically cold, ensuring a stable product with a long-lasting, crisp aroma.
